Riyadh is where the next chapter of Assadik Holdings will be written.

As Managing Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, my responsibility is to take the foundation our group has built — a registered company in Bangladesh since 2023 and entities in the United States and Canada — and turn it into an operating business that serves Saudi customers to Saudi standards.

Our application covers a broad, carefully chosen scope: retail and trading, residential construction, automotive services, hospitality and food service, technology and digital services, light manufacturing, and recruitment and consumer services. We will not launch all of these at once. We will begin where we can deliver quality from day one, build a local team, and expand line by line as each activity is properly licensed and resourced.

We are completing our commercial registration and establishing our office in Riyadh. I look forward to announcing our address, our first services and our first hires in the months ahead.
