Who we are
Assadik Holdings Ltd. was incorporated in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 29 July 2023 as a private company limited by shares under the Companies Act 1994. In 2026 the group extended its footprint to North America, organising Assadik Holdings LLC in Iowa, USA and registering its firm name in Ontario, Canada. A commercial registration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is currently in progress, supported by the group's apostilled corporate documentation.
The group's registered objects span general trading and export–import, construction and real estate, automotive services, hospitality, technology, manufacturing, agriculture and consumer services. The full classified list of activities is published on the Registrations page.

Share capital
Assadik Holdings Ltd. has an authorised share capital of BDT 4,000,000, divided into 40,000 ordinary shares of BDT 100 each.
Governance
The board comprises five directors. Bashir Ahamad Khan serves as Chairman, appointed at incorporation for a five-year term. Mohsin Sarkar leads the group's Saudi operations as Managing Director.
