When we founded Assadik Holdings in Dhaka in 2023, we set out to build a group that could grow beyond a single market and a single trade.

Our five founding directors came together with a shared commitment, and that principle has shaped every step since. In 2026 we extended the group to North America — organising Assadik Holdings LLC in Iowa and registering our name in Ontario, Canada — and we are now completing our commercial registration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Kingdom's Vision 2030 has opened its economy to committed international partners, and we intend to be one of them. Our registered scope — trading, construction, automotive services, hospitality, technology, manufacturing and consumer services — reflects the breadth of opportunity we see, and the discipline with which we will pursue it: entering each line of business properly licensed, properly staffed and properly capitalised.

On behalf of the board, I thank the institutions in Bangladesh, the United States, Canada and Saudi Arabia whose processes we have worked through, and the partners who continue to place their confidence in us.
